Early Bird Registration is OPEN for the 2025 Spring Under the Lights flag football season. The Spring season runs from March through May, with games taking place on Saturdays at the following locations:

Co-Ed Early Bird Registration through January 15th: $155
Co-Ed Regular Registration through February 15th: $170
Co-Ed LATE REGISTRATION after February 15th: $185
Siblings receive a $20 discount. Once registered, fill out this form and your sibling discount will be refunded to you within 5-7 days.

Tentative Spring Schedule
- March 15th Practice Only
- March 22, 29
- April 5, 12, 26
- May 3, 10, 17 (NORTH WAKE CHAMPIONSHIP)
- WEATHER MAKE UP DATES: 4/27, 5/4, 5/31
GENERAL LEAGUE FORMAT:
- Player receives a Under Armour game shirt & shorts
- Head Coach receives a Under The Lights youth football
- 7 game season plus playoffs or consolation games
- 6 v 6 format on 25-30 yd wide x 50 yd long fields
- NO pass rush, just a 3-6 second sack count. Emphasis on the pass game and run game limitations.
- Practices are held an hour before the games
- Rosters are formed by friend/coach request. ALL SINGLE PLAYERS WILL BE PLACED TO CREATE A TEAM.
- Trophies are awarded to the Champions of the grade/age division
