Triangle Youth Flag Football

We offer a competitive flag football experience that is unmatched in talent and scope in the Triangle. We welcome any skill and talent level players! From first time on the field to making middle or high school football teams. This is the right league for your child to have fun in a competitive setting.

Friends play with friends! You can also bring your team! Teams are formed by coach and friend requests. We don't break teams up with drafts or evaluations.

We have had consistent growth since we started in 2018. Other leagues are attempting to emulate our format because of our efficient management and high-quality product.

Under The Lights was recently acquired by Josh Harris and Unrivaled Sports. Josh Harris is the majority owner of the Washington Commanders, NJ Devils, and the 76ers. They see the value and growth in our leagues. We have created a community around our flag football leagues. Unrivaled Sports is working on the Cooperstown equivalent of Flag Football with Under The Lights paving the way!

We have over 5,000 Under The Lights players within a 3-hour radius of the Triangle. Our Regional tournaments consist of the top talent in flag football on the East Coast. Our top teams are also eligible to participate in our National Tournamenets and AAU Junior Olympics. 

We CARE for our athletes, our community, and the Under The Lights experience. We launched our league locally in response to the frustrations with a poorly managed league. We know there is a difference in our product because WE CARE ABOUT OUR PRODUCT AND THE ATHLETE WE ARE HELPING SHAPE!
